Hicortex is provided by Aironic Ventures Oy (Business ID: 3527806-1), Rantakuja 6, 02170 Espoo, Finland. This refund policy applies to all purchases made through hicortex.gamaze.com.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Hicortex, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

This applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals are non-refundable unless there's a service issue on our end.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@gamaze.com with:
   • Your license key
   • Email address used for purchase
   • Reason for refund (helps us improve)
2. We'll process your refund within 5 business days
3. Refunds are credited to the original payment method

EU Consumer Rights

As a Finnish company, we comply with EU consumer protection laws. EU consumers have:

• 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (as per Finnish consumer law)
• Right to clear pricing information before purchase
• Right to cancel recurring subscriptions at any time

Canceling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Before renewal: Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid charges
• After renewal: You'll retain access until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds for unused time

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

• Renewals (only first-time purchases qualify for the 14-day guarantee)
• Lifetime licenses after the 14-day guarantee period
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, contact us first at support@gamaze.com. We resolve disputes quickly and fairly. If you dispute a charge via your bank or Stripe without contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.
